Ο Βασιλάκης μου έστειλε όλη την αλληλογραφία που είχαν με τον αγοραστή και όπως αποδεικνύεται πέραν πάσης αμφισβήτησης, η πρώτη φορά που ανέφερε περί Φοίνικα ήταν σήμερα το πρωί.
Οπότε αυτά που ισχυρίζεται ο αγοραστής περί συνεχών μηνυμάτων χωρίς ανταπόκριση από το Βασιλάκη είναι ψευδή.
Κατά τη γνώμη μου ο Βασιλάκης ύστερα από μια αγοραπωλησία πριν από ένα χρόνο του απάντησε όπως έπρεπε.
Δηλαδή τι έπρεπε να κάνει?
Να δεχθεί τα λεγόμενα του αγοραστή, ο οποίος με αποδείξεις έγραψε ψέμματα, και να πάρει το νόμισμα πίσω έξω από το slab?
Εγώ προσωπικά έχω στείλει και στο Βασιλάκη και στον Ανάργυρο σπασμένα slab για reholder χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.
Ο αγοραστής ισχυρίζεται ότι είναι άσχετος και εγώ να τον πιστέψω, ότι μετά από ένα χρόνο το πήρε χαμπάρι κατόπιν ειδοποιήσεων από Έλληνες πωλητές κατά τα λεγόμενα του ιδίου όταν το ανέβασε eBay.
Μέχρι εκεί όλα καλά, μετά όμως μας τα χάλασε λίγο γιατί δεν αποτύπωσε τα πραγματικά γεγονότα στις επαφές του με το Βασιλάκη.
Τον συκοφάντησε μάλιστα ότι δεν απάντησε στα συνεχή μηνύματά του και εδώ βλέπουμε ότι για πρώτη φορά του ανέφερε το θέμα σήμερα το πρωί στις 10:20.
Και μετά από μία ώρα το είχε ανεβασμένο και σπασμένο στο eBay.
Βγάλτε εσείς συμπέρασμα.
Καλό είναι να ακούμε και την άλλη πλευρά σε τέτοια θέματα.

You should sent the coin to me or Ngc for reholder.
It is the procedure that costs 10 euros and they reslab the coin in new holder, substitute the old damaged.
Each coin im buying im scaning it first to see if the slab is genuine.
Im trading only genuine coins in genuine slabs.
Ive done it plenty of times for many clients.Replacing old damaged slabs in new ones.
You should have contact me before breaking the slab.
The only thing I can do now and after a year is to sent the coin for your behalf for grading and free of charge.
I recomend ngc as pcgs is quite tougher.

I listed the coin in the Slab on eBay a few days ago and received 3 messages from different Sellers telling me the same thing. They all said that the Slab appears to have been opened and glued again. Even the Label doesn't sit flat.
I did Not notice this when I bought it because I was NOT experienced. But Know it is Obvious to me.
I have taken the coin out of the Slab which opened very easily.
The coin doesn't even look like MS62.
You can see this from the glue marks on the plastic in the photos I've sent you. The glue is Very Messy along the sides of the Slab.
I am Not saying that you opened the Slab.
But I am sure that someone with your Experience in Slabbed coins should have seen this and NOT sold it like this.
The Slab you sent me with the Gold 20 Drachmai is Perfect. It is Clean and looks Professionally Sealed. And the coin looks MS62.
Unlike the messy Slab of the Phoenix.
I am not trying to do anything wrong here. But this coin is definitely NOT MS62, which is what I thought it was when I purchased it from you.
I will contact NGC and find out more.

If there are no photos at Ngc database it is not my fault.
Anyway sent me a photo of the coin with the slab and we talk again.

Hi ... The SILVER PHOENIX I bought last year from you has been TAMPERED with. Somebody has OPENED the Slab and replaced the coin with another coin !!
The Slab was glued shut again and Sold as MS62. WHICH IT'S NOT !! THIS SLAB DOES NOT BELONG WITH THIS COIN !!!
This is Obvious as the Slab looks like it was re-glued together on the sides. And it is Very Sloppy looking !!
NGC doesn't have a scan of the coin on their database either !!
I very easily opened the Slab as it wasn't even Sealed Properly.
I did NOT realise this when I purchased it but NOW IT IS CLEAR TO ME !!
I am NOT saying that you replaced it, BUT I AM SURE THAT YOU KNEW THIS when you sold it !!
You are an Experienced Seller of RARE Greek coins so this TAMPERING should have been very Obvious to you !!
